Update: Quentin Tarantino Pepper Mill Scam?
Earlier, we related the story of Christen Nelson's Grove encounter with Quentin Tarantino.
But since then, a reader has pointed out to BoingBoing that while the fake bridal registry does indeed include 16 pepper mills, the website does not reflect that any of them were purchased.
What gives? Have we been duped, and is this just a scam to get free stuff for Christen and her newlywed husband?
We insist on feeling used and dirty until this matter is cleared up. No hurry, we kind of like feeling this way.
