In a recent, exclusive interview with PerezHilton.com, Kristin Cavallari discussed her stature (“very petite”), her career, and how she balances it all. It turns out that Kristin can’t say “yes” to every opportunity to host an event that comes her way.

She explained:

On the work/life balance: My family is my number one priority and because of that, I have to absolutely love whatever it is I’m doing work-wise. I’ve passed on some great hosting opportunities because they would have kept me in LA but those are the sacrifices I don’t mind making because they’re for my children. Now everything I do, I wholeheartedly believe in and love, otherwise I won’t do it.

Those are the sacrifices, indeed.
