Last month, Kristin Cavallari—who is currently working on or perhaps at least pondering in a casual way her debut book Balancing on Heels, which is due out in 474 days—revealed that she can look skinny, but she doesn't like that look." I can look really skinny, and I don't like that look," she told E! News. "So, yes, I'm drinking protein shakes, I'm trying to put on muscle and I'm lifting very heavy weight right now."

How much weight is very heavy weight?

Three hundred pounds, according to her trainer Michael Sorrentino at the Chicago Sports Institute. He tells the Daily Mail in a new interview that Kristin moves 300 pounds with a machine called The Prowler. Additionally, Michael says, "We'll always have a squat variation, a step-up variation and I like having a deadlift variation as much as I can."

Kristin also eats steak for breakfast now, per Michael's request. "I tell her no carbs in the morning," he says. "This is different from a lot of mainstream thinking, but I believe a meat and nut breakfast is the best way to go. So a piece of steak and almonds, or bison and walnuts, or steak, avocado and any type of nut, really."

This is different from a lot of mainstream thinking.

That's Kristin.
