MTV Released an Alternate Ending to The Hills

When The Hills ended its six-year-run in 2010, pulling the camera back to reveal Kristen's limo slowly pulling away from Brody only to drive in circles around an MTV soundstage, it came as no surprise that the reality show was about as real as Justin Bobby's name.

Today, hoping to revive some of its original audience, MTV aired a never-before-seen alternate ending. So, a different fake ending for a show about fake situations and people who just seriously want a drama-free New Year's kiss, Heidi.

Keep an eye out for an extremely tan ghost of Hills' past.

I think it should end with a visibly bloated and pregnant Kristen waddling down Rodeo Drive with derpy derp Jay Cutler skulking behind her, holding her purse while Kristen nasally yells "Jaaaaaaaay...Jaaaaaaay." She runs into a premature balding Brody who is walking with a Thai lady boy...their eyes meet and they wonder...what might have been...and scene.

Wait, did it actually end with them pulling back to show it was all staged?

Cause, in a way, that's kind of great.

I just looked it up on youtube and YUP. They pulled away the literal scenery and panned out to show the soundstage. Honestly, it kind of makes me want to watch a couple seasons of it.

Judging from this Soup clip, I guess it did. Though it is just one scene from one episode.

It wasn't all filmed on a sound stage, they really did go to real world locations to film as well. From what I could tell it was prompted and not scripted. They were given a scene but would act it out with their own words to make it seem real.

I prefer the ending where they're all driven out into the desert & forced to dig their own graves. Spencer & Heidi paid migrant workers to do it, but the joke was on them.
