Apparently inspired by NBC's The Sound of Music Live!, Fox has ordered a three-hour broadcast of Grease. The Hollywood Reporter says that, just like NBC's musical train wreck, Grease will also be broadcast live.

It's hard to say what Yahoo! is, exactly: your grandma's favorite search engine (!)? a convenient place to set up your fantasy baseball league (!)? just a sneaky means of getting us to look at more ads (!)? The company we don't understand now wants to add one more item to the list of things it may or may not be: a Netflix competitor (!).

NBA's biggest douchebag with the dumbest self-appointed nickname can finally rest easy, knowing that his year-long campaign to turn his memoir into a TV show has finally come true. ESPN reports that Fox has purchased Three The Hard Way, based on Dwyane Wade's "memoir," A Father First: How My Life Became Bigger Than Basketball.

What do you do when you're two of the hottest show creators working in television and your banner show is drawing to a close? Panic that you'll never create anything nearly as brilliant and beloved again? Sit back and rest in your jacuzzi filled not with tepid frothy water, but piles of sweet syndication money? Make another hit show about PhD-chasing nerds and their hot neighbor? All great options! Or you could just go the Carter Bays-Craig Thomas route, and just make the same show all over again.
