Oh, I don't think she's joking. I think the ladies of SNL have been called upon a lot lately to give their feelings about gender and racial representation on the show. I think Poehler understands that by her and Fey commenting on it, they'll continue to take the focus off Zamata while reinforcing the incredibly stupid idea that Zamata isn't talented enough to get hired on her own.

It really makes me feel for Zamata. I couldn't imagine taking on that kind of pressure, walking into a situation like the one SNL created. I really wish her the best.
