The first photo from Zack Snyder's Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice—coming to us in May 2016, which is so far away that you wonder why they're teasing us with this photo now—was released today. It's very rainy!

Celebrating the release of the image, Snyder talked to USA Today about Henry Cavill settling into his role:

"We've both created this guy and we can push him around a little bit. The more time I spend with Henry, the more he's Superman to me."

He explained that he can't say too much about the relationship between Batman and Superman in the film, "but suffice it to say there is a 'v' in between their names." Haha. Consider it sufficed! He went on to say that using a "v" instead of "vs." is a way "to keep it from being a straight 'versus' movie, even in the most subtle way." All right.

Just like Superman, but in rain!
