Aaron Sorkin's Newsroom has been renewed for a third and final season on HBO. This news is not nearly as interesting or fun as the current rumor that Sorkin is dating rocker Courtney Love.

I have watched them all. I have no decent explanation for why I would do that to myself. I gave up during the middle of the season but then I read a review about how the finale was so good and that it finally all made sense. The finale was not good and it did not finally all make sense. I no longer read that reviewer.

I almost never give up on tv shows. I've even slogged through all of Super Fun Night at the gym because it's hard for me to give up on anything that I feel has promise. But Newsroom, man, so hard for me. I just stopped and I've never looked back.

I definitely won't pick it up again. I'm annoyed it was renewed at all. Lots of shows don't even hit their stride until they are well into the second season but that one just stayed bad. I doubt I'll pick House of Cards up again either.

I do not know what Super Fun Night even is and I'm not sure I want to know. My list is already too long thanks to you. I watched all of Betas (not bad in the end) and now I'm part way through second season of Downton Abbey.
