Soon after Bobbi Kristina Brown was rushed to the hospital this past Saturday after being found unconscious in her Georgia home, the man she has been calling her husband, Nick Gordon, allegedly got into a fight with cops at her beside, Radar reports. Gordon has since been banned from visiting her hospital room.

"You could hear scuffling," an eyewitness told Radar. "About maybe two to three minutes later, they came back with this person and they had their hands on him like holding onto him and you could see that everybody was distressed."

The eyewitness went on to tell the tabloid that Gordon was escorted out of the hospital by police.

Gordon's ban from seeing Brown is apparently in keeping with a restraining order taken out by Brown's aunt, Marion "Pat" Houston, who petitioned the Fulton County Superior Court for a temporary protective order in March 2014, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Because although Brown has made public comments and posted to Twitter about her "marriage" to Gordon, whom Brown's late mother Whitney Houston took in when he was 12, her father's lawyer told Fox Atlanta that in fact, Gordon and Brown are not legally married.

"We are currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina," Christopher Brown said in a statement. "To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon."

CNN reports Brown was moved to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta Tuesday. She remains on a ventilator and in a medically induced coma.
