The estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown amended a $10 million lawsuit against boyfriend Nick Gordon on Friday, accusing him of being responsible for the injuries that later led to her death, CNN reports.

On Wednesday, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s court-appointed representative Bedelia Hargrove filed a $10 million lawsuit against Brown’s boyfriend Nick Gordon, accusing him of violent physical abuse that resulted in “loss of teeth, pain and suffering, and trauma that has required medical treatment.”

After almost five months in the hospital, Bobbi Kristina Brown was transferred into hospice care on Wednesday, the Associated Press reports.

Bobby Brown told the audience at a concert in Grand Prairie, Texas this weekend that his daughter with the late Whitney Houston is “awake” nearly three months after she was placed into a coma.

Soon after Bobbi Kristina Brown was rushed to the hospital this past Saturday after being found unconscious in her Georgia home, the man she has been calling her husband, Nick Gordon, allegedly got into a fight with cops at her beside, Radar reports. Gordon has since been banned from visiting her hospital room.
