Britney's new Las Vegas show seems to be going as expected. First she was accused of faking abs with paint, then her top came unzipped during a recent performance in Las Vegas, and now there's video of her half-heartedly spanking her boyfriend David Lucado onstage. For this, Spears will earn $300,000 per show.
So it's probably real, but I've read that she's singing OVER a recorded track because it really is difficult to sing and dance at the same fucking time. It seems like some asshole just recorded the single mic track, whereas being there live in person would not sound like this at all.
Is she a strong singer? She never has been. But I just tried to dance around singing "Lucky," and while I can usually keep a tune, it wasn't pretty. I think it's sort of a shitty, albeit HILARIOUS, move to record that track and release it. She was probably just phoning it in knowing the other vocals would cover it.
