Diddy Sent Shots to Sober Rapper Chet Haze, It's All Good Though
Chet Haze, who is currently on vacation in New York City but unwilling to meet up with me, was dining at a restaurant with mama Rita Wilson and papa Tom Hanks on Thursday evening, when yet another strained conversation about his future was derailed by the rap world: Diddy reportedly sent a round of tequila shots to the whole fam. Yung Hanx has been sober for over three months.
According to a source at Page Six, benevolent mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs had just arrived at Red Stixs, a poorly named restaurant in Midtown, when he decided to buy shots of his DeLeón brand tequila for all 250 people eating there. When he discovered that Hanks Sr., Wilson, and Hanx Jr. were eating together in private room, he extended the gesture to them as well...
. . . not realizing [Hanks'] son, known as Chet, is fully sober after rehab. Chet, we're told, is doing well and stuck to water.
