So despite all the controversy about "another disney princess," this movie is pretty good then?
I was a little put off by the stupid looking snowman in the trailer.
The snowman is not as annoying in the film, I don't think. His schtick definitely helps with the little kids.
I didn't feel this one subverted the genre as much as Brave, but it's much better than most Disney princess movies. Particularly at the critical moment. It was very visually lovely as well. I really liked it and would happily see it again in a theater.
This is because almost everyone with a soul that saw it is now fiending, barely making it through the D/Ts with GIFs and by belting out "Let It Go" along to a YouTube video before work each morning and they can't take it anymore god damnit let's go see Frozen again.
Coincidentally, I'm taking my s/o to see Frozen again after work tonight.
From the link, this jumped out at me: "Paramount Pictures hoped [Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones] would appeal to Latino moviegoers, who have become the most reliable fans of horror films."
Anyone know why this is? I could only find this, but one guy's personal anecdote does not a reliable audience make.
Plus, it is pretty good.
