In Miami last week for a deposition in connection to a battery lawsuit filed in June by photographer Jeffrey Binion, an annoyed Bieber commits to record his feelings about film (he prefers traditional formats), Katie Couric (thumbs down), Usher (huh?), and ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez (shut the fuck up).

In the video obtained by TMZ, Binion's lawyer, identified as Mark DiCowden, asks Bieber many questions. Bieber answers them as well as anyone with Bieber's haircut could.

He smiles like an asshole:

And he looks into the camera and adjusts his collar. Like the World's Funniest, Smuggest Asshole:

But the best part of the video is when he's asked about Usher's "instrumental" role in launching his career. Bieber, confused by anything with four syllables, looks right at the camera and replies, "I was found on YouTube ... I think I was detrimental to my own career."

So detrimental. And so, so good.
