Bored miscreant Justin Bieber has been charged with assault and dangerous driving following his arrest Friday by police for crashing his ATV into a minivan near Statford, Ontario, Biebs' hometown.

"Investigation revealed that after colliding, the driver of the ATV and an occupant of the minivan engaged in a physical altercation," the Ontario Provincial Police said in a statement.

CBC reports that Biebs has already been released on a promise to appear in court later this month. The past week hasn't been good for the newly 'stache-free Bieber, who was busted last Monday night for getting into a fight at a Los Angeles Dave and Busters. He's already serving two years probation for egging his neighbor's house.
