Former Hannah Montana and current multi-millionaire Miley Cyrus got sushi with her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger on Monday night. Patrick, the USC junior and proprietor of "Blaze Pizza" in L.A., was spotted doing body shots of some random Kappa Kappa Gamma on spring break in Mexico last week.

Excuse me? It's kind of crazy that you could cheat on Miley Cyrus and then invite her to go to sushi with you with the expectation that she'd show up. But I guess that's what happened. Us Weekly reports:

A fellow patron at the swanky sushi spot [Kiwami] tells Us Weekly that the pair had a late-night dinner alone. "It was just the two of them," the eyewitness tells Us. "They were out on the patio for about an hour."

TMZ provides photo evidence of the outing:

Insane. For his part, Patrick denies cheating—he explained last week on Twitter that the naked belly he was taking shots off of in Mexico belongs to his "best friend's girlfriend." He added, "Would NEVER do anything against my GF....."

Despite these claims of innocence, Us Weekly speculates that Patrick is currently "on probation" with Miley.

"On probation" means no sushi!
