New Jersey Hall of Fame Is Real, Inducting James Gandolfini
James Gandolfini will be inducted into the ostensibly real "New Jersey Hall of Fame" tonight, an honor he has no doubt received many times before over weepy beers in the early hours of the New Jersey morning.
Because the New Jersey Hall of Fame is web-based, which makes sense, the induction ceremony will take place tonight at the Convention Hall in Asbury Park. PageSix reports Sopranos creator David Chase will attend, as well as six members of the cast.
According to PageSix, other inductees include Brian Williams, Dizzy Gillespie, Alice Waters, Dorothy Parker, Patrick Ewing, The Shirelles, and Governor Jim Florio. They join 80 other NJ Hall of Fame members, like Bruce Springsteen, Jack Nicholson, Whitney Houston, and your ma'.
