Nicki Minaj, god of rap, was spotted in Philadelphia on Friday night, visiting who is speculated to be her new boyfriend, rapper Meek Mill. An adorable photograph shared to Rick Ross's Instagram shows joyful cuddling between the two. Mazel tov, Nicki and Meek, if the rumors are indeed true! You're both so beautiful and talented.

Meek was recently released from Philadelphia jail after he had violated his probation in June. While Meek is not permitted to leave Philadelphia until he has completed anger management courses and community service, as a condition of his early release, at least the commute from New York to Philly is short for Nicki. Two hours, tops. She can take the Bolt Bus.

According to a report in Philly.com, the new pair were spotted acting "canoodly" on Friday night:

They cuddled up next to each other at Friday night's Wale show at the TLA. Mill's buddy Rick Ross and his gal pal, Ming Lee, were also there in support of his Maybach Music Group crew, along with local boxer-turned-designer Simon "One Punch" Carr.

A spy tells me that Minaj kept a low profile, hanging in the back with Mill, but the two were certainly canoodly.

Nicki also shared this photo on her Instagram last week, and damn, that's a handsome pair of people who we sincerely hope are a couple. Please confirm.

In December, Nicki addressed the Meek Mill rumors by acting coy. Hm.

Whatever the case, Nicki Minaj could be the world's greatest stepmom to Meek Mill's tiny toddler son. Think about it.
