Page Six reports that an incident involving Emile Hirsch is under investigation after the actor allegedly assaulted Paramount exec Dani Bernfeld at Park City's Tao Nightclub early Sunday morning.

The recently resurrected John Belushi biopic has found its frontman. As TheWrap's Jeff Sneider was first to report, Emile Hirsch will be taking on the role, in a casting move that's sure to ruffle feathers.
