Comedy Central has cancelled The Jeselnik Offensive after two seasons. The show was toplined by unfunny, wooden Ken doll, Anthony Jeselnik.

An intrepid tipster just leaked us this video of 50 Cent auditioning for a role in American Gangster, the 2007 Denzel Washington drama about drug kingpin Frank Lucas' rise to power, and there is nothing about this that is not amazing in every way.

The only thing better than watching the fall TV season's rodeo of failures is getting your hands on failed network pilots—the first episodes of the shows that didn't quite make it to air. Comedian Sarah Silverman just released her failed NBC pilot, Susan 313, and given that this pilot was beat out by a show about a veterinarian and his pet monkey that lasted six episodes should tell you all you need to know about just how abysmal it was.

For jaded TV viewers, the best part of premiere season isn't searching for the gem of a new show that might save network television in the battle against cable. It's the schadenfreude that comes from gleefully placing bets ahead of time on what show will find itself axed first—that's the real fun! And this year, that distinct honor went to ABC's drama Lucky 7.

Lessons learned: 1) Don't name your startup after an oppressive political ideology. 2) Get a more sound advisor than a guy who made trucker hats cool and his old ball and chain who loves dick jewelry.
