But how did she climb her way past her old boss? According to a dirt-filled new Buzzfeed story: By spilling tea on her to tabloids.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by the Washington Post, Conrad Hilton is facing up to 20 years in prison for allegedly threatening flight attendants and passengers during a flight from London to L.A. last July. The complaint includes a detailed timeline of Hilton's alleged misbehavior during the flight, which quickly devolved into a hellish 11-hour nightmare.

According to TMZ, Paris and Nicky Hilton's younger brother Conrad Hilton was arrested Tuesday for allegedly flying into a violent rage during a London to L.A. flight in July. The 20-year-old reportedly threatened flight attendants and screamed, "I will fucking own anyone on this flight; they are fucking peasants."

Uh, yeah—what did you think Paris Hilton was going to name her tiny new dog? Stella? Yeah right. Bailey? Give me a break. Coco? No. Bella? Fat chance. Katie? Nope! Molly? Keep dreaming.

Paris Hilton recently made the correct decision to spend 13,000 of her (unlimited?) dollars on what is said to be the "world's smallest pomeranian." It looks like a pipe cleaner chick, weighs 11.6 ounces, and was referred to on Paris's Instagram as "this."

"Paris Hilton." The words bring to mind certain images: french fries, hamburgers, chicken nuggets, Whoppers, Big Macs, chicken sandwiches, remember chicken fries?, coffee in thick styrofoam. But not anymore. The known person has given up fast food, and you won't believe how she can feel the difference.

Paris Hilton is in Cannes this week along with just about every other celebrity on Earth, and on Sunday night she found herself at a nightclub with—who else?—Justin Bieber, who is in France to... rap battle with Wesley Snipes. Paris and Bieber left the club in a group, and it did not go well.
