Jimmy Fallon might be getting all the late night attention this week, but his new competitor Jimmy Kimmel has one thing Fallon doesn't. Thanks to ABC's direct ties with Disney and therefore Marvel, Kimmel was able to air The Guardians of the Galaxy trailer on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Tuesday night.

Expected to be a summer blockbuster, the goofy superhero movie stars a superbig Chris Pratt alongside Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Benicio Del Toro, Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, John C. Reilly and Glenn Close. In the film, Peter Quill (Pratt) "finds himself the object of an unrelenting bounty hunt after stealing a mysterious orb" and must band together with his rivals "for a last, desperate stand—with the galaxy's fate in the balance."

Guardians of the Galaxy will hit theaters August 1.
