Justin Bieber, the Prince Charming of Calabasas, was detained in his garage this morning while Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies served a felony search warrant in his home related to an egging incident at his neighbor's house. According to Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore, Bieber is being "cooperative."

The egging accusations against Bieber were first reported last Friday when TMZ posted this video that supposedly documents the incident:

Law enforcement sources told the egged neighbor on Monday they were "fast-tracking" the investigation and that repair estimates were needed quickly. Because the neighbor's house is covered in "expensive" Venetian plaster, the estimates from the egging totaled $20,000: $15,000 for the plasterwork and $5,000 to re-stain the doors in the entryway.

Although it is unknown what prompted the alleged vandalism, this isn't the first time Bieber has had trouble with his neighbors. Last March, a neighbor accused Bieber of spitting on him during a confrontation, and in May, two neighbors reported Bieber for driving around the neighborhood at excessive speeds.

Unrelated to eggs, but related to Beiber's overall character, last year he also pissed in a restaurant kitchen, took a sex tour of South America, made some racist monkey graffiti, and got hit in the head by a water bottle.

A news conference related to the egging investigation is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. PT at the Lost Hills Malibu station. This story will be updated accordingly.

Update 10:53 a.m.: TMZ reports that deputies dismantled and took Bieber's security system.

Update 11:28 a.m.: Lil Za was arrested during the raid for felony drug possession. This keeps getting better and better.

Update 12:30 p.m.: While Lil Za was arrested for cocaine possession (it was "in plain view"), Bieber was not arrested during the raid though he "remains under investigation." LAME.

Update 3:00 p.m.: Police now believe the drugs leading to Lil Za's arrest were Molly and Xanax. EVEN LAMER.
