World-weary 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, who recently celebrated her graduation from online high school with a party that may or may not have been covered in cocaine, has a big birthday coming up. Know who’s excited? The Canadian entrepreneur who’s hosting her **OFFICIAL LEGAL (IN CANADA) TEEN ALCOHOL PARTY ;)** at his nightclub.

Montreal Beachclub owner Olivier Primeau, pictured above, trumpeted the news of Kylie’s 18th birthday party this morning on his personal website, OlivierPrimeau.com.

“Kylie Jenner takes advantage of Canadian drinking age with plans to celebrate her birthday in style at Beachclub,” his post reads. “Team Productions and Beachclub’s owner Olivier Primeau stepped up to the plate to offer Kylie the opportunity to party, and drink legally at a fantastic one of a kind venue!”
