Channing Tatum and His Lost Backpack Are Together Once Again
Over the weekend, Channing Tatum left his black backpack in a cab. He paid for the ride with cash. Would he ever get his black backpack back? Tatum took to Twitter to plead for the safe return of his helpful accessory and—look at that, it worked.
Tatum—backpack perched, you have to imagine, safely on his back, never to leave his body again, sweet friend, he is so sorry he ever lost you—provided an update, again via Twitter, on Sunday night:
To everyone who tried to help and to the good New York Samaritan who found my bag and asked for nothing in return, thank you. Thank you all!

Certainly it was reward enough to rifle through Channing Tatum’s backpack, though some money or a little secret (non-sexual) shared only between the backpack finder and Channing Tatum would have been nice.
The Tatum-heads were all very happy to hear of the backpack’s return:
@channingtatum amazing!!! You got it back.awesome.

As Stroke 9 once sang, incorrectly, “Just don’t expect to get your bloody black backpack back.”
