Fearing jail time for not completing her court-ordered community service, Lindsay Lohan has allegedly tried to count greeting fans and letting young people follow her around toward the total 240 hours she owes. Today, TMZ reports that Lindsay has also tried to count performing onstage as service to her community.

Per TMZ, prosecutor Terry White will tell the judge in Lindsay's hearing today that "on one day Lindsay got six hours credit, but...two of the hours were for her matinee performance [of Speed the Plow] and another two were for her evening performance. The remaining two were for a meet-and-greet afterwards."

White says this is just one of many irregularities in Lindsay's community service record, and that he will recommend the judge violate Lindsay's probation.
