This is not a lie or a joke, but a blessing from the baby Jesus she loves so much: Teresa Giudice posed for this week's cover of Us Weekly with her fambly in prison. Her hair is naturally curly, her jumpsuit is army green, and two of her beautiful daughters (Gia and Gabriella) are missing for reasons unknown.

Us Weekly confirms that the photo was taken recently in the visitation room of FCI Danbury, where Tre is serving a 15-month sentence for bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud, and failure to pay taxes. Through her lawyer, Teresa told the mag, "I miss Joe and my girls terribly, but we are going to get through this as a family one day at a time."

Her husband Joe has been more candid about the ordeal. He tells Us Weekly, "I pretty much cry every time I leave [the prison]. Like a little baby." Joe will serve his own 41-month sentence for his involvement in the couple's crimes once Teresa is released.

So how is Teresa really doing in the pen? Freakin' great, it sounds like. Joe tells Extra in an interview airing later today that Tre, who surrendered January 5, is already the leader of a gang:

She's got a little group she hangs out with and does her thing with everyday and who she goes to the gym with and who she hangs out with and who does her hair and who does her nails, they have their little thing going every day.

Joe adds that while Tre's time away has made him "appreciate her way more," she is still the same woman. One time, before a visit, "she made us wait an hour to make her hair, to do her hair. That was a little annoying."
