In an interview on Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club" taped yesterday and aired this morning, Kanye West revealed that he had to take "30 showers" after dating Amber Rose to get with his current wife, Kim Kardashian. He also suggested that 25-year-old rapper Tyga is dating his 17-year-old sister-in-law Kylie Jenner. Oh, Kanye!

When asked about Amber Rose—who called Kim a whore this week in the midst of a truly epic Twitter war with Khloe Kardashian—Kanye says, "She's just soaking in the moment." He adds, "If Kim had wanted to date me when I first wanted to be with her, there wouldn't be an Amber Rose. You know what I'm saying."

Sure, everyone knows what you're saying, Kanye. But then he clarifies further: "I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim."

Later, the DJs ask Kanye if he thinks Tyga and Kylie's relationship is inappropriate. The tape cuts out and back in before Kanye answers—conspiracy alert—but he says:

I think that uh, I think [Tyga] got in early. I think he was smart.

The DJs point out that Russell Simmons met Kimora Lee when he was 35 when she was 17, and Kanye nods. "They closer in age than a lot of relationships that I know. I knew Tyga was smart."

When DJ Charlamagne Tha God notes that Tyga denied dating Kylie earlier this week, Kanye's eyes get big, and he responds, laughing, "I can't speak on another man's relationship."

UPDATE, 2:50 p.m.: According to TMZ, The Breakfast Club did edit out Kanye's original answer to the Tyga/Kylie question. Leaked audio reveals he originally said, "I think they in love."
