They backtracked today, releasing a statement from ABC, that the blogger was actually an old roommate of Pajor's.

Nikki Finke, now in day one zillion of her ongoing battle with Deadline owner Jay Penske, is claiming that she's been locked out of Deadline. Yet... she was somehow able to post to Deadline about being locked out. Interesting.

Nikki Finke is not leaving Deadline quietly. In fact, according to my exclusive conversation with her on Thursday night, she's leaving amidst a litany of accusations ranging from boredom to slavery. According to Finke, "[Penske] owns me like I'm his slave" and has been harassing her. She goes on to say that the current iteration of Deadline is "bland and boring," and that Penske's working conditions are "breaking federal and state law."

This morning, Variety released its annual "New Leaders list"—a who's who of Hollywood's rising executives that's really just a testament to the power of a good in-house corporate communications specialist. But something seems to be missing. They have six legal and finance executives, 12 agents, another six digital developers, three film execs, six television suits, two managers, and ten rising assistants. Yet out of 45 featured people, only two are black.

Yesterday, silken-voiced soul man Cee-Lo Green, legally known as Thomas DeCarlo Calloway, was charged with furnishing a controlled substance, after a 33-year old woman alleged that after the singer slipped a tab of ecstasy into her drink, she woke up naked in bed with him. Green has plead not guilty to the charge.

According to Arrested Development creator Mitch Hurwitz, Jeremy Piven was his first choice for the role of Michael Bluth. The future Ari Gold would have almost had it, if Jason Bateman hand't nailed his audition. The Week reports that and other revelations from Hurwitz's chat at yesterday's New York Television Festival.
